Straight answers
What VetCare doesn’t do (yet)
So you know exactly what you’re getting, here are the limits too.
- Instant booking
Pet owners send an appointment request; the business accepts or declines it.
- SMS without a provider
Reminders (appointments, vaccinations, parasite control, follow-ups, booking answers) go out by email; text messages are sent only once the platform switches an SMS provider on. No push notifications.
- Stars and reviews
Profiles in Discover show facts, not ratings.
- Fiscal printers
The POS scans barcodes, but it isn’t connected to a fiscal device and doesn’t print fiscal receipts.
- One dashboard for all locations
Each location has its own reports; you switch between them.
Questions about features
Who are VetCare’s features for?
Pet owners (free account), veterinary clinics and pet businesses — grooming salons, pet hotels, pet shops and veterinary pharmacies. Everyone sees the features that apply to them.
Does every business get every feature?
No. Clinical records are for veterinary clinics only. Grooming salons get clients with a grooming card and services with durations; pet hotels get stays, rooms and an occupancy board instead of a schedule. POS, inventory, team and reports are for every type.
Do I need to install anything?
No. VetCare runs in the browser — on a computer, tablet or phone — in Bulgarian and English.
