Pet profile
Species, breed, date of birth, sex, weight, colour and neutering status, plus the microchip from your vet. Add as many pets as you have.
Everything starts with the animal
Health, care, services and community — connected around your pet. One platform for pet owners, veterinary teams and pet businesses.

VetCare looks different depending on who you are. Pick your path and see what you get.
Create an account for yourself and a profile for each pet. Vaccinations and visits come from the clinic; services nearby are on the map.
Records, schedule, POS and stock are one system. What the vet enters during the exam reaches the bill and the stock — nobody types it twice.
Add your business from your personal account — no second login. Once VetCare approves it, it appears in Discover with a profile and a pin on the map.
The ecosystem
Every pet has people, places and decisions around it. VetCare connects them — one step at a time.
Max’s profile sits at the centre. Around it: you as the owner, the health history from every visit, vaccinations and the parasite-control tracker.
The clinic receives your appointment request, the vet opens the same record, and the exam and vaccination flow back into Max’s history.
Pharmacies, pet shops, groomers and pet hotels — on the map, with opening hours, services and prices.
If Max goes missing, others can see where he was last seen. And many animals find a home, a shelter or a suitable match.
One pet. One history. One connected ecosystem.
Your pet in VetCare
You keep the profile, the clinic keeps the record. That way Max’s history is complete — and nobody copies anything by hand.
Species, breed, date of birth, sex, weight, colour and neutering status, plus the microchip from your vet. Add as many pets as you have.
They appear after the visit, with the next due date. The vet’s records are read-only — nobody can quietly “fix” them.
Enter the product, the interval and the last date. The status shows when it’s coming up, and you can add the date to your calendar with one file.
Every pet gets a printable QR card. Whoever scans it sees only the name, species and breed — none of your details.
Discover
Veterinary clinics, pharmacies, pet shops, groomers and pet hotels — on a map and in a list, with opening hours, services and prices.
The map and business profiles are available once you log in to your free account.
Pick a day, a time and a reason. The request lands in the clinic’s calendar, the team accepts or declines it, and you see the status in your account.
One continuous story
The same profile passes between the owner and the clinic. Nobody starts from a blank page.
Max has a profile with breed and age; the clinic records his microchip.
On the map, with hours and services.
Day, time and reason — from the clinic’s profile.
The request is in the calendar; the team confirms it.
Anamnesis, vitals, diagnosis, therapy.
Recorded with the next due date.
The visit and vaccination show up for you.
You see when it’s coming up or overdue.
Community
The owner marks their pet as missing — with the city and the spot on the map where it was last seen. Registered users see the post, comment and help look.
Owners post animals for adoption, and shelters are listed in a shared directory — with address, opening hours and contacts.
Shelters in the directory
More from the community
A match profile with pedigree, temperament and preferences. Browse animals of the same species nearby; when interest is mutual, you both see each other’s phone number.
Owners can list an animal for sale, with an optional price, and show it on the map. No online payments — you arrange things directly.
Both are inside the app once you sign up.
For businesses
The account you use for your pet can also run a business. Add it in a few steps — no second account, no second password.
A free personal account.
Type, address, opening hours. Clinics also add their BFSA licence details.
VetCare reviews and activates the business.
A profile, a pin on the map and the tools to run it.
For veterinarians
Three columns on one screen: the patient and their history, the current visit, and the bill. Whatever you add to the therapy is already at the till.
Designed with Bulgarian veterinary workflows in mind, including processes related to BFSA registers and Ordinance No. 42 — ambulatory journal, veterinary medicines, disinfection, controlled substances and refrigeration logs.
Behind the front desk
Completing a visit creates the sale and deducts the medicines from stock — earliest expiry first. The reports take care of themselves.
Day and week views, a column per vet, shifts and leave. Online requests wait for you to accept or decline them.
Products and procedures, cash or card, discounts, change, full or partial refunds. Sell to a patient or as a walk-in sale.
Batches and expiry dates, suppliers, purchase orders with partial receiving, minimum levels and order suggestions.
Revenue and expenses by day and month, payments, cash reports, by product, service and vet, stock audit.
Owner, manager, vet, nurse, receptionist, assistant — everyone sees what they need.
One account, several clinics or shops. Switch between them; each keeps its own team, prices, stock and reports.
Why VetCare
Health info lives in a paper booklet, appointments happen over the phone, and a lost dog is searched for in five different groups.
One history, filled in by the owner and the clinic — and services within easy reach.
More pet owners means more customers for businesses nearby.
More businesses means more choice on the map for you.
More connected care means a fuller history for every animal.
Yes. Anyone can sign up and add their pets for free — you don’t need a business.
No. Vaccinations and visits come from the clinic and are read-only, so the history stays trustworthy. You manage the profile and the parasite-control tracker.
Your account shows when something is coming up or overdue, and you can add the date to your phone’s calendar (.ics file). VetCare also sends you reminders for vaccinations, deworming, appointments and follow-ups by email, and by text where SMS is switched on. You choose the channel in your account.
If a business has switched on online requests, you pick a day, time and reason. The request goes into their calendar, the team accepts or declines it, and you see the status in your account.
Only the name, species and breed. Your contact details and health data are not shown.
Sign up, then add a business from your account: a clinic, grooming salon, pet hotel, pet shop or pharmacy. VetCare approves it, and then it appears in Discover.
Yes. One account can work across several locations and switch between them; each keeps its own staff, prices, stock, sales, schedule and reports. There is no combined dashboard for all locations yet.
The pet owner account is free. Clinics, grooming salons, pet hotels, pet shops and pharmacies each have three plans sized by the team — from €19/month incl. VAT (clinics from €35), and yearly you get 2 months free. The first 30 days are free, no card needed. The distributor catalogue is free and their CRM is from €99/month — see the pricing page.
