Which reports does VetCare include?
Payments, expenses, revenue vs expenses by day and by month, cash reports with CSV export, reports by product, by service and by vet, and a stock audit.
Can I see turnover per vet?
Yes. The by-vet report shows turnover and visit count for each vet over the selected period.
Can I download reports?
Cash reports export to CSV. The other reports are viewed in the app with a period filter.
Where does the data come from?
From the work itself: completed visits and till sales, recorded expenses and stock movements. No separate bookkeeping needed.
Is there a combined report for several locations?
Not yet. Reports are per location; you switch between locations from one account.
Are refunds reflected?
Yes — cash reports show the number and amount of refunds for each day.
