1. In short
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) is a similar place in the browser whose data is not sent to the server automatically.
Under the law (Art. 4a of the Bulgarian Electronic Communications Act, Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC), storage that is strictly necessary for a service you asked for needs no consent, but we must tell you about it. VetCare only uses such storage and storage for your own settings, so we don’t show a banner. If we ever add analytics or anything else that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first.
3. Local storage in your browser
These entries stay in your browser only. They are not used for tracking.

4. What we don’t use
- Analytics cookies or scripts (such as Google Analytics) or in-browser behaviour tracking. Aggregate usage statistics are computed on our server from requests and leave nothing in your browser (see the Privacy policy).
- Advertising cookies, remarketing, tracking pixels.
- Social media buttons and embedded social content.
- External error-reporting services.
The website records clicks on some buttons only in the page’s memory. Nothing is sent to third parties.
5. Requests to other sites
- Fonts: loaded from our own server. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts.
- Maps and address search: OpenStreetMap map tiles and address search go through our server. OpenStreetMap does not receive your IP address.
- Google Maps: the “Directions” link opens Google Maps only when you click it. From there Google’s policy applies.
- Stripe: only when paying by card, on Stripe’s page.
- Cloudflare: all traffic to vet-ty.com goes through Cloudflare’s network, which protects the site (see Sub-processors).
6. How to delete or block
- When you log out of the app, the session cookie is deleted.
- In your browser settings you can delete cookies and site data for vet-ty.com. This logs you out and resets your settings (language, theme, layout).
- You can block cookies in your browser. If you block
vetcare_refresh, you won’t be able to stay logged in.

7. Changes
If we add or remove a cookie or storage entry, we will update this page with a new version and date. If we ever add anything that is not strictly necessary, we will only switch it on with your consent.
