For distributors
The catalogue is free — the rep CRM from €99.
Supplying medicines, food or consumables to clinics, pet shops and pharmacies? On VetCare you publish your catalogue, your customers order straight from their inventory, and your reps work with clients, regions and routes.
The workspace
Catalogue, links and orders in one place.
The clinic orders from its inventory as before — the difference is that the order really reaches you, and your answer comes back to it.
Catalogue
SKU, barcode, manufacturer, group, pack size, net price, VAT rate and availability. Import from CSV or XLSX — with a report of the bad rows before anything is saved.
Customer links
Clinics, shops and pharmacies request a link; you accept or decline. Only linked customers see prices — with the % discount you give each one.
Orders
Confirm or decline each line — also with another quantity and a note. Then mark the order “Shipped” with an expected date and an invoice number.
New customers
Customers also arrive by invitation.
A clinic that already has you as a supplier can invite you to VetCare. Registration comes pre-filled, and once you are approved the link with that clinic is active.
- An invitation from a clinic — from its list of suppliers
- On the map you see the businesses on VetCare and offer them a link
- A rep’s order for a client outside VetCare sends a confirmation and an invitation — at most once every 30 days
- A business that wants no invitations can opt out
A CRM for your reps
Clients, regions, routes. And what sells.
The workspace is a CRM too: you know which clients nobody has visited, how turnover is going and where a rep should head tomorrow.
Clients
Your own clients and those from VetCare in one list, merged by company number (EIK). Import from a file, a pin on the map, visit frequency and risk.
Reps and regions
Each rep gets their own provinces. A client goes to the rep of its province, and a rep sees only their own clients.
Regions map
Bulgaria’s provinces coloured by coverage, turnover, change, lost clients or risk. Click a province — the businesses in it.
Routes
One-off or for a weekday. “Shortest order” and Google Maps navigation to every stop.
“Today”
Today’s stops on the phone: record a visit, take an order, start navigation. Overdue clients come first.
Reports and risk
Turnover by client, product, rep and region; “stopped ordering”; where we win and where we lose; a risk score from 0 to 100.
Imports
Sales and receivables from your own system — CSV or XLSX. Each import is a batch that is replaced or deleted as a whole.
Weekly email
Every Monday a rep gets their list of overdue clients — they can switch it off.
Getting started
The company is registered by its owner.
A distributor is registered by the company’s owner or manager. Reps don’t create a second company — they join it.
- 01Your account
Sign up for free or log in to the account you have.
- 02Owner or manager
Choose “Distributor”, fill in the company, where you deliver and your product groups, declare that you represent the company and name its legal representative.
- 03Approval
VetCare reviews the request and activates the company.
- 04Reps join
A rep chooses “Sales representative” and sends a join request by company number — the owner or manager approves it.
- 05Regions and clients
Give your reps their provinces, upload your clients and start.
Price
The catalogue is free. The CRM is from €99/month.
The profile, catalogue, customer links, orders and invitations are free for good. CRM Start (up to 3 reps) is €99/month, CRM Growth (up to 10) is €249/month, and over 10 reps is “Network” by quote. Prices include VAT, yearly you pay 10 months instead of 12, and the first 30 days of the CRM are free. The first 20 distributors get 30% off for good, and if you’re already a distributor on VetCare, the CRM is free for 3 more months. Payments between you and your customers don’t go through VetCare.
Straight answers
What it doesn’t do (yet)
- Visibility to pet owners
Distributors aren’t in Discover or on the pet owners’ map — businesses see them.
- GPS and check-in
Visits are recorded by hand, with no location tracking.
- Road routing
“Shortest order” sorts stops in a straight line; Google Maps handles the road.
- Automatic ERP link
Sales and receivables are uploaded from a file; there is no stock sync.
Questions from distributors
How much does VetCare cost for a distributor?
The catalogue (profile, catalogue, customer links, orders and invitations) is free for good. The CRM for your reps is paid: CRM Start — €99/month for up to 3 reps, CRM Growth — €249/month for up to 10, and over 10 reps — “Network” by quote. Prices include VAT; yearly you pay 10 months instead of 12. The first 30 days of the CRM are free, no card needed.
Who registers the company?
The owner or manager. During registration they declare that they represent the company and name its legal representative; VetCare reviews the request before activating it. Reps don’t register the company — they send a join request that the owner or manager approves.
How do orders reach me?
A linked clinic, shop or pharmacy sends an order from its inventory. It arrives under “Orders” — you confirm or decline each line and mark it shipped. The customer sees your answer on the order.
Can everyone see my prices?
No. Businesses on VetCare see the catalogue without prices; only linked customers see prices, with the discount you give them.
Can I upload my clients and sales from my own system?
Yes — clients, sales and receivables from a CSV or XLSX file. Before saving you see the rows that didn’t match.
How does navigation work?
From a route or from “Today” you open Google Maps with directions to the stop. The “shortest” ordering is a straight-line one.
Does a rep see every client?
No. A rep sees their own clients and provinces; the owner and managers see all of them.
