How we think

A few rules we don’t bend.

  • The animal comes first

    We don’t start from the till or the calendar. We start from the pet and connect everything around it.

  • One account for every role

    Pet owner, vet or business owner — the same person shouldn’t need three accounts.

  • Owners’ data is theirs

    A QR card shows only name, species and breed. On a lost-pet post, the phone number is visible to logged-in users only.

  • Medical records belong to the vet

    Vaccinations and visits come from the clinic; owners see them but can’t change them.

  • We only show what works

    When something isn’t ready, we say so plainly: “coming soon”.

  • Made in Bulgaria

    In Bulgarian and English, priced in euros, with Bulgarian veterinary practice in mind.
